You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur a charge of one day's rental.

Yes, you can extend your rental subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to arrange an extension.
We accept cash (Tanzanian Shillings or USD), bank transfers, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, HaloPesa, and major credit/debit cards.

In case of an accident, please call our 24/7 emergency line immediately. Do not leave the scene. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle if needed.
Our standard rentals include unlimited mileage for most vehicles. Some promotional rates may have mileage limits, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Cross-border travel may be permitted with prior written approval. Additional documentation and insurance may be required. Please contact us at least 7 days before your planned travel.
